The Palestinian citizens had been appealing against the building of the separation wall, which is intended to pass through their lands, confiscating 1200 dunums (one dunum = 1000 square meters). The villages affected by this decision are: Biddu, Beit Liqya, Beit 'Anan and Beit Surik. The court based its decision on often-heard security concerns, without paying any real attention to the Palestinian appeals.
